Our process

Artwork and carton layouts are created and prepared by our in-house design team.

Using our computer-to-plate (CTP) system, printing plates are produced for the offset press.

Cutting

Stock paperboard is cut to the precise sheet size required by the printing machine.

The approved carton design is printed onto the prepared sheets using offset printing presses.

Proofing & QC

Our quality-control team checks colour shades, registration and text content against the approved proof.

Coating

The printed sheets receive the specified protective or decorative coating for the required finish.

The coated sheets are cut and creased into individual unit-carton blanks.

Breaking

Waste board is removed from around the die-cut cartons, separating the individual blanks cleanly.

Sorting

An automated inspection machine uses 3D cameras to check every unit carton for colour, print and overall quality.

Pasting & folder gluing

The inspected unit cartons are folded, glued and joined before being packed into bundles or boxes.

Delivery

Delivery

The finished cartons are securely packed and delivered to the client, ready for the filling line.
