Incoming board inspection
Incoming board inspection
Before printing begins, every paperboard batch is checked for grammage, thickness, surface condition and overall quality.
Our commitment
Medicine packaging doesn't get second chances. We run documented quality assurance across every stage of production, with full batch traceability — so what leaves our floor is exactly what you approved.
Quality assurance
From incoming paperboard to the cartons released for delivery, our QC team records and verifies the details that protect every product, print run and customer approval.
Before printing begins, every paperboard batch is checked for grammage, thickness, surface condition and overall quality.

A reference shade card is prepared for every product and approved before the final printing run is released.
During printing, our QC team uses a colour spectrophotometer to verify colour shades while also checking registration and text content against the approved proof.

Applied finishes, including UV and spot UV coatings, are checked for coverage, alignment, consistency and the required appearance.
After die-cutting, breaking and folder gluing, cartons are checked for dimensions, crease quality, clean edges and secure pasting.
Finished cartons receive a final quality inspection. Approved packs are identified with QC status stickers before they are cleared for delivery.
Tablets installed at every production stage allow operators to record each product job card as work progresses. Clients also receive access to this digital tracking system so they can follow the status of their products with us.
Talk to us about your quality requirements and we'll show you how we meet them.
